Privacy Policy

Data you provide

GymGuard sends your email address and authentication credentials to our authentication provider, Supabase, to create and maintain your account. Passwords are processed by the provider and are not displayed to us.

Equipment records

Equipment details, inspection history, facility settings, and notes are stored locally on your device by the current app release. Signing out does not automatically erase those local records.

Camera and QR codes

Camera access is used only when you open the QR scanner. GymGuard reads QR content to match a saved equipment ID or serial number. It does not retain camera photos.

Purchases

Apple processes subscription transactions. GymGuard receives purchase and entitlement information needed to provide and restore Pro access.

Tracking and advertising

GymGuard does not use advertising trackers or sell personal information. The current release does not include third-party behavioral analytics.

Choices and deletion

You can sign out in Settings and delete equipment records in the app. For account-deletion or privacy requests, email support@gymguard.io.
