Help with equipment records and inspections

Sign in

GymGuard uses an email-and-password account. Check your email address and connection, then try again. Your equipment and inspection records remain on this device when you sign out.

Equipment status

OK, Due, and Overdue are schedule statuses calculated from an item’s last-checked date and the inspection interval in Settings. They are not safety, condition, or compliance determinations.

QR scanner

GymGuard Pro can scan a QR value and match it to a saved equipment ID or serial number. Allow Camera access in iOS Settings. GymGuard does not generate or print QR labels.

Subscriptions

Purchases are handled by Apple. Open GymGuard Pro to purchase, restore, or manage an eligible subscription. You can also manage subscriptions in iOS Settings under your Apple Account.

Email support@gymguard.io with the app version, iPhone or iPad model, and steps that reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords or sensitive equipment details.
