Recordkeeping tool
GymGuard is a recordkeeping and scheduling aid. Its OK, Due, Overdue, Pass, and Fail labels reflect dates and user-entered inspection outcomes. They do not certify safety, condition, legal compliance, or fitness for use. Qualified personnel remain responsible for all inspection and operational decisions.
Accounts and records
You are responsible for account security and for the accuracy of information entered into GymGuard. Maintain any independent records required by your organization or applicable rules.
Auto-renewable subscriptions
GymGuard may offer monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. The exact price and billing period are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app for eligible transactions.
Availability
Features may change as the app evolves. Do not rely on GymGuard as an emergency, safety, or compliance system.
Apple terms
Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
